  • LTV: Maximum of 90% as-is, 70% as-stabilized
  • Commitment Fee: 1-3%, varies by transaction

  • Security: First mortgage; second mortgage and mezzanine available at competitive pricing
  • Other: Recourse; Typically interest-only
